Step 1: First select the social channel from which you want to manage your message.
Step 2: Then that particular social media inbox will be shown. Select the message you want to respond and reply. You can use emoji, media and text.
Note :- If you want to add any other social channel, then click the “+” icon below and connect your desired social channel.
